100 Years Ago, for the fourth week of September 1922, from the pages of the Greeley Tribune-Republican newspaper: •Two candidates for Governor of Colorado, Republican Benjamin Griffith and Democrat William Sweet, will debate before the Greeley Chamber of Commerce next month. The date of the debate isn't known yet. •Dancing girls in Greeley are practicing their moves at the Camfield Hotel, getting ready for the musical comedy 'All Aboard.' The director says, 'Now front row girls, left foot forward, start with two skips, turn on the right foot, kick backwards, turn again, and – all ready piano – follow me!' •C.
